Karmik focuses on human resources and organizational behavior excellence through workshops, case studies, and industry interactions. Members gain insights into talent management, organizational development, and employee relations.
The club organizes regular events including HR case studies, guest lectures from industry leaders, talent management workshops, and organizational behavior sessions. Members get hands-on experience in recruitment processes, performance management, and understanding workplace dynamics.
Through active participation in Karmik, students develop leadership skills, learn to manage people effectively, and build a strong foundation in HR principles that prepare them for successful careers in human resources and organizational development.

HR Skill-Building Activity | Focus: Group Discussion Skills
KARMIC – The HR Club successfully organized a GD Bootcamp, aimed at strengthening students’ group discussion skills, clarity of thought, and confidence in articulation—all critical competencies for future professionals.
The session provided students with hands-on exposure to real GD scenarios, helping them understand the importance of structured thinking, active listening, teamwork, and respectful disagreement. From framing arguments to managing group dynamics, the bootcamp offered practical learning beyond the classroom.
