NIET Business School organised a Reorientation Programme on 17th August 2026 for the Second-Year PGDM students of Batch 2025–27, marking their return to academics after the completion of their internship experience.
The programme provided students with an opportunity to reflect on their internship learnings, reconnect with their academic and professional goals, and prepare themselves for the next phase of their PGDM journey. The sessions focused on important areas including career readiness, corporate expectations, professional competencies and the role of the Career Management Cell (CMC) in supporting students as they progress towards their career aspirations.
Drawing upon their exposure to real-world business environments during internships, students were encouraged to translate their experiences into stronger professional capabilities. The programme reinforced the importance of continuous learning, adaptability and purposeful career preparation.
As the students begin their second year, the focus remains on learning from experience, strengthening competencies and approaching the corporate world with greater confidence and preparedness.
